How do I receive my tickets when I book online?

Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you as soon as you make your booking. This is called an e-ticket (PDF document). This is your entrance ticket. Please print a copy of this e-ticket and bring it along on the day. Your e-ticket has a barcode, which will be scanned at the gate to validate your entry.

When do online bookings close for a race meeting?

Bookings will close at midnight before the race meeting.

Why can’t I purchase concessionary tickets online?

We require photographic ID when purchasing tickets at the concessionary rate therefore concessionary tickets are available at the Racecourse Office prior to the race meeting or on the day at the turnstiles.

I have used the checklist but my payment will still not process?

As a security measure, if you have failed to input the correct information, the website booking service will not process your request for 24 hours from your failed attempts.
