Why can’t I purchase concessionary tickets online?

We require photographic ID when purchasing tickets at the concessionary rate therefore concessionary tickets are available at the Racecourse Office prior to the racemeeting or on the day at the turnstiles.

You will receive a PDF file named Ticket Receipt Order. This is your entrance ticket. Please print a copy of the PDF and bring it along on the day. Your Ticket Receipt Order has a barcode, which will be scanned at the gates.

The bookings close at midnight before the racemeeting.

My MAC PC is unable to read the website?

Unfortunately, at the moment, the MAC PC can’t display our website. This is an issue that we are working on resolving.

If you do not have an issue number then please leave this box blank.

Please check the following:

• The contact address matches the address for the payment card
• You have entered your three digit security code

As a security measure, if you have failed to input the correct information, the website will not process your request for 24 hours from your failed attempts. Please try again in 24 hours. This is the final three digits on the signature strip of your credit/debit card.
