A full range of suites ensure that Musselburgh Racecourse Conference and Banqueting Centre can play host to events of any size from 10 to 100 guests. All rooms offer natural daylight and stunning views out towards the Firth of Forth, with modern furnishings and equipment.

The Queen’s Stand is a self-contained conference and meeting room complex with 6 rooms spanning two floors.

Lothian Suite – a medium sized suite perfect for theatre style, classroom, larger board meetings, U-shape and banqueting.

Delta & Ashgrove – smaller rooms that can be used individually for breakout session or be opened into a larger suite suitable for training, boardroom, and theatre style.

Eskview, Levenhall and Campie – smaller, more intimate rooms perfect for training, brainstorming, breakout sessions or smaller boardroom.

We also have two further rooms suitable for meetings, banquets and events.

Epperston Suite – with a panoramic view across the Racecourse and Forth estuary, it’s ideal for lunches, banquets and wedding receptions up to 60 guests. An additional bar area can be used for welcome drinks.

Old Weighing Room Bistro – an intimate room with character suitable for lunches, banquets and wedding receptions up to 80 guests. An additional bar area can be used for welcome drinks.

All our suites are fully accessible. We hold a range of conference equipment on site and we can also obtain for you any other equipment that you require, with suitable notice.

With extensive grounds, we enviably are also able to accommodate larger scale events requiring outside space such as car launches, shows and large marquees.

We can offer our clients exclusive hire of the venue.
