Rebecca Bastiman is in a strong position to become leading owner on the Flat at Musselburgh for 2020. She has enjoyed four wins from just twelve runners for a 33% strike-rate and has also trained all the winners herself as well!

Hayadh, twice a Musselburgh winner this season for his Wetherby trainer, runs again in our feature race at 2.30pm

Rebecca’s closest pursuers - all on two winners for the year - with runners on our final day’s Flat racing are Weldspec, John & Liz Elliot, Middleham Park, Willie Burns and Lets Be Lucky Racing.

Iain Jardine leads the charge for the trainers’ award on nine winners, three clear of Keith Dalgleish and four ahead of Richard Fahey.

Iain’s mare Flood Defence helped him towards his impressive tally with back-to-back win over 1m 4f in June and July and, along with Keith and Richard, he is set to saddle several runners.

And is really tight at the head of the race to be leading jockey with Kevin Stott on seven, Graham Lee on six and Shane Gray on five.

It could an exciting finale as all three are in attendance on Monday.
