The bet365 Scottish Cheltenham Trials Raceday

Sunday features the Listed £40,000 bet365 Scottish Triumph Hurdle Trial and £75,000 bet365 Scottish Champion Handicap Chase. We attract contenders for The Cheltenham and The Grand National Festivals. The BIGGEST Cheltenham Trials Weekend in the UK!​ 

Previously, we have seen runners go onto win at the big festivals including Frodon, Seeyouatmidnight, Mighty Thunder and Greanateen. We have also welcomed Paul Nicholls, Lucinda Russell, Fergal O'Brien and Sandy Thomson.

An excellent atmosphere, a great choice of places to eat and drink and the perfect way to see some of the country's top owners, trainers, jockeys and horses in action. A must for all Jumps Racing fans.

On Sunday 4th February, we are thrilled to be able to welcome students from Edinburgh and St Andrews to give them a taste of jump racing. 

• We're only 6 miles from Edinburgh City Centre with direct transport links and a courtesy bus from Wallyford (connecting to Edinburgh) and NewCraighall (connecting to Galashiels) train stations. 
• Children 17 years and under are admitted FREE at Musselburgh Racecourse when accompanied by a paying adult.
