Stein Holding Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. By entering The Stein Holding Competition (the “Competition”) you agree to these terms & conditions.  
2. The Competition is open to the first nine teams to sign up.
3. The judge’s decision is final.
4. The competitor understands that participation in the keg rolling competition involves inherent risks. The competitor understands that these risks may cause serious injury, disability, death, or damage to property.
5. The competitor voluntarily and freely assumes all risks associated with participation in this activity, including any risks arising from the negligence of the Provider or others.
6. The competitor hereby releases and forever discharges the Provider, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, and demands for injury or damage, arising out of my participation in the activity.
7. The competitor must be aged 18 or over.
8. By entering the competition, the competitor agrees to participate in promotional activity & material as Musselburgh Racecourse may require. 
9. By entering the competition, the competitor is agreeing to these terms & conditions, the participant consents to have his/her name & image to be published, by Musselburgh Racecourse & their PR companies.
10. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable & non-negotiable. There is no cash alternative. 
11. Musselburgh Racecourse reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part thereof) for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control. 
12. Musselburgh Racecourse reserve the right to withdraw a racegoer for any reason.
