Join us for fun, frivolities, and the pure exhilaration of a day at the races.

Enjoy The Edinburgh Cup and witness the fastest filly or mare win the Listed, 7 furlong, The Queen of Scots race! The Edinburgh Cup will attract a top field and the winner would normally go on to Royal Ascot a few weeks later.

On top of high-quality racing, enjoy the best live music on our Main Stage and the After-Racing party (open to all racegoers and will take place for 1 hour after the last race). This years, After Racing Pary will be hosted by Forth One's Boogie in the Morning.

Sip on botanical-inspired cocktails from Edinburgh Gin Tipple Trailer. Indulge in tasty bites from some of Scotland’s finest street food vendors. Our food vendors cater for dietary requirements and preferences.

For those who wish to watch The Epsom Derby, it will be shown on our screens around the racecourse.

We're only 6 miles from Edinburgh City Centre with direct transport links and a courtesy bus from Wallyford (connecting to Edinburgh) and NewCraighall (connecting to Galashiels) train stations.
Children 17 years and under are admitted FREE at Musselburgh Racecourse when accompanied by a paying adult. Four children are permitted per paying adult and/or concession.
