• By entering the competition (the “Competition”) you agree to these terms & conditions.   
• The Competition(s) are open to all racegoers with losing betting slips, who place them with their name into the losing betting slip bucket. The organisers decision is final   
• You must be aged 18 or over  
• By entering the winner agrees to participate in promotional activity & material as Musselburgh Racecourse may require.  
• By entering the competition you are agreeing to these terms & conditions, the participant consents to have his/her name & image to be published, by Musselburgh Racecourse & their PR companies  
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable & non-negotiable. There is no cash alternative.  
• Musselburgh Racecourse reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part thereof) for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.  
• Musselburgh Racecourse reserves the right to withdraw a racegoer for any reason
