The Style Stand Out with One Spa – Terms and Conditions 2024

1. By entering The Style Stand Out competition(s) (the “Competition”) you agree to these terms & conditions.   
2. The Competition(s) are open to all Edinburgh Cup 2024 racegoers who enter by having their picture taken at our photo wall. The judge’s decision is final   
3. You must be aged 18 or over  
4. By entering the winner agrees to participate in promotional activity & material as Musselburgh Racecourse may require.  
5. By entering the competition you are agreeing to these terms & conditions, the participant consents to have his/her name & image to be published, by Musselburgh Racecourse & their PR companies  
6. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable & non-negotiable. There is no cash alternative.  
7. Previous winners cannot win more than once.  
8. Musselburgh Racecourse reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part thereof) for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.  
9. Musselburgh Racecourse reserves the right to withdraw a racegoer for any reason

• Two tickets to the Musselburgh Gold Cup Raceday (Saturday 14th September 2024, non-transferable)
• Spa Day for two guests at the One Spa
